Amber Walker

Im an actor, writer, and all around storyteller who is currently based in Seattle after graduating from the Professional Actor Training Program at the University of Washington, but I am a Jersey Girl at heart. Before graduate school I wore many hats. I worked as an intern at a casting agency, a project manager at an advertising agency, and an assistant to an agent at a Talent Agency, all while continuing my training to become the best actor I could be.

As a writer I want to create and tell stories of the nuanced experiences of the marginalized communities I identify with. A lot of my work touches on themes of women's health and mental health and wellbeing.

I am also a mental health advocate and proudly sit on the Youth Advisory Board of the International Association of Premenstrual Disorders.
